Does Ureed.com add its commission fees to every project?

All Ureed.com’s project-related payments are subject to 20% commission fees. 

For example, if a freelancer finishes a $200 project or milestone, they will receive $160 while $40 will be deducted from the fees as per Ureed.com’s terms and conditions.
